The room had a fabulous view over Manhattan. Staff were so helpful! Would DEFINITELY stay there again. The view is even better in person.

Upgraded to spacious suites with kitchenettes. Great location, friendly staff. Minor noise issues, but the comfy beds and cleanliness made up for it. Loved the peaceful sanctuary vibe. Close to subway and shops. A wonderful experience overall.

Hotel Beacon provided a warm NYC experience in a real neighborhood. The kitchenette was convenient for tea-making. A few shabby spots, but impeccable service made up for it. Close to Fairway and Trader Joe's. Great find for a native New Yorker vibe.

Unfortunately, a mouse in the bed led to a late-night relocation and payment dispute. The bathroom could use an update with mold on the shower wall. However, the stunning view, attentive staff, and convenient amenities made for a memorable 25th-anniversary celebration. The older building offers clean, comfortable rooms, but lacks high-end appliances. Overall, the location's convenience to restaurants and shops, coupled with the breathtaking view, made for a memorable stay.

During my recent stay at Hotel Beacon in New York, I appreciated the spacious suite with a kitchen and living room, providing a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. The convenient location in the heart of the Upper West Side made it easy to explore nearby attractions like Central Park and the American Museum of Natural History. the adjacent Viand Cafe was a great spot for grabbing a quick bite to eat without having to venture far from the hotel.

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited dining options within the hotel itself. While the Viand Cafe was convenient, I would have preferred a slightly wider variety of on-site dining choices.

Liked location and staff, comfortable beds, the hotel itself was fairly clean. We had easy check-in on arrival. Marvelous location with a metro station close to the venue.

Everything was excellent, had a very nice stay in a beautiful area. I loved a nice restaurant with an Italian menu. The staff was supper friendly and I had a late checkout.

The staff is outstanding here, the services are excellent, and location is perfect so close to the concert venue as well as subway. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Manhattan district.

The location was prime, shops and restaurants aplenty around. Our room felt more like a cozy apartment and the staff were off-the-charts awesome! The laundry room was a lifesaver for us when our luggage messed up. The only hiccup was the check-in took forever due to a tech glitch, but hey, stuff happens when clicking buttons, right? Overall, fabulous stay! 🌟

The front-desk staff and doorman were super friendly and helpful, and we loved the great bed in our double/double room with a kitchenette on the 18th floor. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the subway and Lincoln Center - made getting around a breeze. The only downside was the unexpected breakages deposit and pricey bar drinks, but it didn't spoil the overall awesome experience. ⭐

Excellent location, room on the 23rd floor with magnificent sunset/sunrise views, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent service (the dishes in the kitchenette are replaced daily, no need to clean them).

From sizzling steaks at Fairway Cafe & Steakhouse to the fresh bites at Playa Betty's, the culinary game is strong here. Plus, the Gray's Papaya hot dogs are a NYC classic. The comfy rooms with kitchens and killer views are a win. Despite some bedtime antics with the A/C, this stay was still the apple of my eye.

The Upper West Side's variety of Kosher bars and restaurants also made it convenient for preparing food after a long day of exploring.
